Finally, I got myself a digi cam. When was the last time to remember using old school film? Oh yeah, just during my last birthday... >_<

I never really intended to buy one. I just had a friend who needed some quick cash 'coz he used up his life's savings getting a new SLR costing $800 (too much for us amateurs, I'd think). He sold me his Canon PowerShot A640, in mint condition, for less than half the original price (with a remaining 6mons warranty to boot).

So, here I am, 5 hours past my bedtime, still tinkering with my new gadget. What excites me (more than the fact that I no longer have to rely on Kodak film) is that I have a new toy to explore. Hmm.. so what can this baby do to please me...?

Knowing myself, if I get addicted to photography, I'll soon be spending a year's worth of paychecks on the hobby... so heaven forbid I don't.
